1. Quotes & Estimates
- Estimator ranges are non-binding estimates based on the information you provide.
- Final pricing may change based on on-site condition, diagnostic findings, access constraints, and scope.
- We may request photos or a brief call for complex issues or limited-access locations.
2. Scheduling & Access
- You are responsible for providing accurate address and access instructions (parking, gate codes, etc.).
- If access is not available at the scheduled time, additional fees or rescheduling may apply.
3. Customer Responsibilities
- Please secure valuables and ensure the vehicle is accessible before service begins.
- Inform us of known hazards or issues (warning lights, leaks, unsafe parking conditions, etc.).
4. Cancellations
Cancellation rules may depend on the service type and timing. See Cancellation & Refund Policy (if available).
5. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Mobile Mechanic GTA will not be liable for indirect damages. Any direct liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service.
