Common questions
German Car Repair FAQ
Practical answers about diagnosis, mobile repair scope, access, and next steps.
Which German car brands do you service?
We accept service requests for BMW, Mercedes-Benz, Audi, Volkswagen, Porsche, and MINI vehicles. Send the VIN, year, model, engine, symptoms, and location so we can confirm the exact mobile-service scope before booking.
Can German car repairs be completed at my location?
Many diagnostics, battery and starting issues, selected electrical repairs, brakes, maintenance items, accessible sensors, ignition parts, and minor cooling-system work can suit mobile service. Programming, alignment, internal transmission work, major engine repairs, and jobs needing a lift or specialty workshop equipment may require referral.
Can you diagnose BMW, Mercedes-Benz, or Audi warning lights?
We can assess many check-engine, ABS, airbag, charging, and related warning complaints using scan information and practical tests. Some brand-specific programming, security access, online coding, or module replacement procedures may need a dedicated specialist facility.
Do you replace parts based only on a fault code?
No. A code identifies the system that detected a problem, not automatically the failed part. We compare the code with the symptom, vehicle history, visible condition, power and ground checks, and available measurements before recommending replacement.
What should I send for a German car repair quote?
Send the VIN, year, make, model, engine if known, current mileage, exact symptoms, dashboard photos, scan codes if available, recent repair history, and the service location. For maintenance, include the requested service and any dashboard reminder message.
Are you affiliated with BMW, Mercedes-Benz, Audi, Volkswagen, Porsche, or MINI?
No. MobileMechanicGTA is an independent mobile repair service and is not affiliated with or endorsed by those manufacturers. Brand names are used only to identify the vehicles we service.
Is parts and labor warranty information available?
Yes. Applicable parts and labor coverage depends on the installed part and approved service scope. The available warranty terms are explained before work begins and documented with the service details.
